Jenn Woei, our founder of JW Wong & Co is a legally qualified practising lawyer with an extensive background in the insurance loss adjusting industry, having worked with both international and local loss adjusting firms. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of casualty Motor and Non-Motor (General) liability claims, including bodily injury, professional indemnity, property damage, product liability, contractors’ all risks, and highway/road accidents, which he handled prior to establishing this legal firm.

Jenn Woei holds a distinguished professional Senior Associate CIP membership of insurance loss adjusting, risk management, or personal injury, granted by The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF). His experience includes adeptly negotiating settlements with opponents even in challenging environments, leveraging his legal qualifications to counter various arguments put forward by opponents.

Winnie is a highly qualified professional, holding the prestigious designation of Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), as well as being a member of the esteemed Association of Chartered CertifiedAccountants (ACCA).
Throughout her tenure at our firm, Winnie has played a crucial role in managing and overseeing personal and corporate recovery, as well as direct claims involving motor accidents, and complex accounting matters. Her meticulous approach ensures that she tirelessly advocates for her clients' best interests, striving to achieve favorable outcomes.
Cai brings to our team extensive experience in marketing and human resources, making her a valuable asset to our firm.
In her capacity as Claim Associate, Cai works diligently to assist Jenn Woei and her immediate superior, Winnie Tan, inefficiently handling recovery claim matters. Additionally, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office.
She's fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay enables her to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her excellent interpersonal skills have contributed to maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, as well as our opponents.
As a Claim Associate & Support, Lam is a professional with a proven track record of effectively managing and processing insurance claims. She is skilled in providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring accuracy in claim documentation. Lam possesses a strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
Rittika in her role as a Claim Associate & Support, has a demonstrated history of efficiently managing and processing insurance claims. She excels in delivering exceptional customer service, adeptly resolving issues, and maintaining precise claim documentation. Her strengths lie in her meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and collaborative approach to fast-paced environments.
